Complete Chiropractic
Dr. Hooman Zahedi is the Clinic Director of Complete Chiropractic Dee Why on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and a long-standing advocate for mind-body wellness.
Our collaboration began in 2014 when Dr Hooman was a personal client of Julia's. Witnessing the profound impact of mind-body health firsthand, he recognised how closely physical manipulation interacts with emotional triggers.
At the time, the clinical science of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) was entirely new to him, and that was not uncommon in this era. Intrigued by the data, he requested Julia to step in and run information nights for his staff and patients, and clients were recommend to Julia's service then known as APE for Authentic Progressive and Effective personal and professional development.
This early collaboration became a foundational catalyst for the launch of PNI Australia. While Julia has since moved from the Northern Beaches, Dr Hooman continues to practice in Sydney and remains a proud advocate for PNI principles, championing the understanding that body and its structural health are intrinsically emotional.

Not Overlooking Emotional Physical Triggers
Julia Telling is an expert in the personal development aspects of PNI, and for me, I was particulary interested in the importance placed on not overlooking emotional triggers that are activated through physical manipulation of the body. Recognising and addressing these physical-emotional triggers is central to achieving emotional relief and elevating physical wellness.
After working with Julia in 2014 through her personal development program 'PNI Lifespace' I recognised the importance of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) and how it enhances the effectiveness of chiropractic care. To that end I collaborated with Julia to provide comprehensive PNI training for my staff and the general public. These PNI presentations proved a resounding success and equipped individuals with a deeper understanding of the natural emotional responses that can manifest during chiropractic treatments, and how identifying and making space to physically allow emotional-physical release enhances the treatment process.
